摘要
河坝构造嘉二段气藏储层埋藏深、厚度薄、非均质性强,气藏温度高、异常高压、含硫化氢,易井漏,水平井中靶及水平段轨迹控制难度大。根据嘉二段气藏的工程地质特征,优选旋转导向钻井技术进行水平段钻进,通过强化钻井液优选、摩阻与扭矩分析、钻具组合以及钻井参数优化,实现了准确中靶及水平段轨迹的精确控制,进尺2012m,平均机械钻速2.85m/h,提速提效明显,为河坝嘉二段气藏薄气层高效开发提供了新思路。
The features of dam structure Kerry,Sec gas reservoir are deep buried depth,thin thickness,strong aeolotropism,high reservoir temperatures,abnormal high pressure,containing hydrogen sulfide and easy lost circulation,meanwhile,the target and trajectory control are very difficult in horizontal wells and horizontal segment.According to the engineering geologic characteristics of Jia,Sec gas reservoir,the rotary steering drilling technology was optimized to drill horizontal section.Through optimizing drilling fluid,BHA and the drilling parameters,analyzing friction and torque,the target point and the trajectory of horizontal segment were controlled with accuracy,the drilling speed was improved,average penetration rate was 2.85m /h.
