摘要
伴随着多底井、分支井技术的广泛应用,井下工具的种类和形式也在不断地更新并逐渐起到制约作用,针对分支井井下工况的不确定性,分析了井下工具的接触方式,对井下配套组合工具的使用进行研究,在利于结合与脱开的原则上,介绍了一种嵌套工具咬合的基本原理及结构,并对接触面的组合应力进行了分析,提出卡爪组合式井下工具触动方式的设计方案。对组合井下工具的开发研制提供宝贵借鉴依据。
With the extensive application of the multi-bore well and branch well technology,the types and forms of downhole tools are constantly updated and have gradually play a restrictive role.But the key downhole tools,such as downhole location,unlocking etc.still can't meet the requirements of different construction process.For the uncertainty of downhole tools's working conditions,based on the investigation of existing tools,this paper analyzed the contacts way of the downhole tools and researched the use of downhole tools combinations.In the principle of easy integration and separation,the basic principle about the occluding process of a sort of nested tool was introduced,the combined stress of contact surface was analyzed,and the contacts way of claw combined downhole tool was designed which through mechanical connection realizing locking and open,it could be reused and had high stability.The research provided a valuable reference for development and manufacturing of the downhole tool combinations.
