摘要
目的:确定一贯煎最佳处方组成。方法:采用正交设计法,以麦冬(A)、当归(B)和枸杞子(C)作为因素。结果:A因素和B因素对多糖含量的影响具有显著意义,C因素的影响不大。结论:最佳处方组成为A1B2C2。
Objectives: To make sure the best optimization of prescription for YiGuanJian Decoction. Methods: The orthogonal design was usded and Radix ophiopogonis (A), Radix angelicae sinensis (B) and Fmcius lycii ( C) were defined as factors of the design. Results: A factor and B factor had notable influence on the content of polysaccharides. Conclusions: The best optimization of prescription are A1B2 C2
