摘要
以苯乙烯(St),甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为耐热改性单体,根据粒子核壳结构设计原理,采用乳液互穿聚合方法在核中加入交联剂二乙烯苯(DVB)合成三元共聚物,壳层是苯乙烯和甲甲酯的二元共聚物,合成出纳米粒子型耐热改性剂,并对交联剂用量和核壳单体比例对粒径大小和玻璃化温度的影响做了研究。
With styrene (St) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as routine monomer, and the theory of particle design, the heat - resistant agent use the method of emulsion was composed. It had the frame of core and shell. The core was the polymer of St, MMA and divinylbenzene (DVB) and the shell was the polymer of St and MMA. The influence factor of the partical diameter and the glass state temprature was analyzed. With the dosage of crosslinking - agent and the proportion of core/shell increased, the glass state temorature was advanced.
