2-乙酰基-6-氨基苯甲酸甲酯的新工艺研究

摘要 用铁粉还原硝基合成2-乙酰基-6-氨基苯甲酸甲酯,考虑了溶剂、催化剂、酸、铁粉用量、反应时间等因素对还原效果的影响,找出了用弱酸NH4C l代替盐酸以减少酯的水解;用甲醇以减少水的用量,便于后处理的路线。结果表明,采用FeC l2.4H2O和NH4C l(1:2)为混合物催化剂,用甲醇以减少水的用量,使反应得到了改善,反应速率大幅度提高,水解程度得到较好的控制。 2 -acetyl -6 -aminobenzoic acid ester was synthesized by nitro reducting nitro with Fe, taking into account solvent, catalyst, acid, Fe dosage, reaction time and other factors on the reduction effect,the result show than the weak acid NH4 C1 was used instead of hydrochloric acid to reduce the ester hydrolysis; methanol was used in order to reduce water consumption. The results showed that the reagent of FeCl2 · 4H2O and NH4Cl (1 : 2) as a mixture of catalyst and methanol in order to reduce water consumption had been used, the reaction had been improved, the rate of reaction significantly higher.
