摘要 在浮顶油罐普及的同时,近年来浮顶油罐的火灾、爆炸事故也越来越多。在分析了浮顶油罐燃爆事故发生的原因后,概述了一些现有的浮顶油罐防火防爆措施。最终指出防火防爆的第一要务应该是避免爆炸性混合气体的形成,并且设计构建出浮顶油罐安全防护系统,能实现罐内气体空间油气浓度的实时监控。 With the popularization of floating - roof tank, there are more and more fire and explosion accidents exposed. After analyzing the reasons of fire and explosion accidents on floating tank, some existing solutions were described briefly. Finally, it was pointed out that the first important task to prevent fire and explosion was to avoid the formation of explosive gas. Then floating tank protecting system which could monitor and control the oil gas concentration in the tank space was designed.
