论现代建筑服务业的理论内涵与发展特征

On the Theoretical Connotations and Development Characteristics of Modern Construction Services Industry

20世纪90年代以来,世界产业结构呈现出向服务业倾斜的趋势。伴随全球经济服务化趋势的加剧,现代服务业从传统服务业中分离并快速成长,成为现代经济增长的重要支撑。当今,现代服务业已成为一个范围最广的产业,其范畴下的现代建筑服务业在一国产业结构中的比重和重要性日益突出,是现代经济持续快速发展的主要源动力。与以往的劳动密集型的服务业不同的是,现代服务业及现代建筑服务业都具有知识和技术密集、高素质性和新兴性的特征。作为现代服务业的一项,建筑服务业的发展也将对经济的发展也起着重要的作用。当前的关键是要抓住有利的机遇,坚持现代服务业发展的市场化方向,促进现代服务业与建筑服务业的较快发展。

Since 1990s, service industry in the world economy has gained momentum and its position in the world industry structure has been on the rise. With the accelerated development of service industry all over the world, modem service industry has separated from the traditional service industry and developed rapidly into a major source of economic growth. Modem construction services industry, which is a sub-sector of modem service indus- try, has been gaining increasing importance in national economies with constantly rising share of GDP and serves as an important driving force for lasting economic development. Unlike traditional labor-intensive service industry, modem service industry （including the construction services industry） as a sunrise industry features high intensity of knowledge, technology and human capital. As a sub-sector of modem service industry, the construction services industry will play an important role in promoting economic development. It is urgent to facilitate the development of modem service industry and the construction services industry by seizing the favorable opportunity and sticking to the direction of market economy.
