高等教育强国背景下的高等教育质量阐释

Interpretation of the Quality of Higher Education in the Context of Building a Power of Higher Education

我国高等教育在不同发展阶段,对高等教育质量要求都有不同的侧重。优质与卓越应成为高等教育强国的质量要求。这是高等教育质量随着高等教育发展阶段的推进而不断深化的必然结果,也是我国高等教育发展到一定阶段的现实要求。我国高等教育实现优质与卓越需要着力打造文化实力,包括改变精英文化式微的社会大环境,引导大学形成学术自律的规范与传统以及营造崇尚学术的氛围等。

In China, higher education has different demand of quality at its different stages of development. High quality and excellence should be the demand of quality in building a power of higher education, which is the evitable result of promotion of the quality of higher education with the development of higher education, and the actual requirement of China＇s higher education at the certain stage of development. To realize the high quality and super excellence of higher education, we need focus on strengthening cultural power, which includes the aspects as follow： changing the social environment in which elite culture declines, leading universities to form standard and tradition of the academic autonomy, and creating the atmosphere of upholding learning.
