摘要
本文采用 Huybrechts 线性组合算符法,导出了有限温度下强耦合极性晶体表面极化子的有效哈密顿量.文中对 KBr 晶体进行了数值计算,结果表明:晶格热振动削弱电子-声子间的耦合.
In this paper,the effective Hamiltonian of the Strong-coupling surface polaron in polar crystals at fi- nite temperature is derived by means of the linear combination operators proposed by Huybrechts,The nu- merical results for KBr show that the lattice vibration weakens the electron-phonon coupling and the thick- ness of the “dead layer”of the polaron increases with increasing temperature.
