139例结核性胸膜炎患者发热原因分析

Analysis of the fever reason of 139 cases with tuberculous pleurisy

目的分析结核性胸膜炎患者的发热原因。方法随机抽取结核性胸膜炎患者139例,根据其是否发热,分成发热组61例,不发热组78例,进行病因及相关因素分析。结果对比发现,发热组胸水量、白细胞计数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);发热组合并肺部感染,血沉值高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论结核性胸膜炎患者的发热症状与是否合并肺部感染、胸水量的多少以及结核病处于活动期等因素有关,因此对于此类发热患者,应排查有无肺部感染因素存在,并给予抗结核治疗,根据病人病情尽量给予胸腔穿刺抽液,对控制结核性胸膜炎患者的发热症状具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze reasons of fever in 139 patients with tuberculous pleurisy and to provide theoretical basis in making scientific and effective cooling measures. Methods 139 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were randomly selected and divided into a fever group （61 cases） and a no-fever group（78 cases） according to the symptom of fever, and the data of etiological and related factors were analyzed. Results Pleural effusion amount and WBC count in the fever group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P 〈0. 0.5 ）. ESR level in the fever group with pulmonary infection was obviously higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fever symptom in patients with tuberculous pleurisy is related to pleural effusion amount,pulmonary infection and tuberculosis at active stage. It is significant to cure fever patients with tuberculous pleurisy,while pulmonary infection factor should be detected and pleural effusion should be drained based on disease condition when patients are given anti-tuberculosis treatment.
