摘要
本文研究了钴(Ⅲ)一水杨基荧光酮一阳离子表面活性剂体系的显色反应,实验证明,在 pH11.5~12.0范围内,生成配合比为1:2的蓝色配合物,λ_(max)=613nm,ε=1.57×10~5,可以认为该反应是目前在永相中直接测定微量钴(Ⅲ)的最灵敏显色反应之一.研究了最佳实验条件,拟定了钴的微量测定方法,并用于环境样品及药物中微量钴的测定,结果良好。
The spectrophometric characteristics and conditons are studiied for determinating trace amounts of Co by salicylfluorone—cetyltrimethylammonium bromide.In a medium of pH 11.5 to 12.0,the soluble blue ternary complex of Co with SAF—CTMAB is formed with maximum absorption wavelength at 613nm.The molar absorption coefficient is 1.57×15~5.The molar ratio of Co to SAF is 1:2.Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0 to 6.5μg Co/25ml.The method has been used for the rapid determination of trace Co in environmental water and medicines(VB_(12)).
