摘要
宋太祖任边帅"皆富于财"的怀柔政策与其收取兵权的措施相辅相成,对宋初统一战争的顺利进行及巩固新生的宋政权起到了一定的作用,但也助长了军队经营活动之风。这一政策为宋朝士大夫们所推崇,太祖以后的宋朝统治者固守"祖宗之法",使宋初以来军队的赢利性经营活动成为后代军队无度经营的滥觞,对宋朝历史产生了重要影响。
The conciliatory policy adopted by Emperor Song Taizu （927 -976, reigning during 960 -976） to border-guard forces, which made the commanders ＂all enormously wealthy＂, was complementary to his deprival of the military power of commanders in other regions. His measure, while being somewhat effec- tive to the bolstering of the newly established Song Regime and the victory of its succeeding war of unification, turned out to be the cradle of commercial pursuits by military forces. The policy was recommended by his successors as the ＂ancestral convention＂, which engaged military forces more and more in profiteering activities, thereby significantly affecting the history of the Song dynasty.
