摘要
心理咨询热线电话具有方便快捷、自主安全、经济有效等特点,必将成为当前许多高校开展心理健康教育与咨询服务的有效途径之一。基于目前高校热线心理咨询发展建设、应用滞后的现状,针对如何加强和完善电话心理咨询的应用、管理及心理电话咨询员的培训等重点问题提出了一些解决方案。
Psych - consultant hotline has the convenient, autonomous and effective characteristic, it will turn into one of the effective channels in developing psychological consultation. Base on the situation Universities hotline psychological consultation which lags in development and application, proposing some solutions on how to strengthen and perfect the development, application, management, and training consultation operators in Universities hotline psychological consultation.
