摘要
构建法学本科教育实践教学体系,科学、规范、有序地开展实践教学活动,是培养适应法治社会的法律人才的必然要求,也是法学教育教学改革的方向。实践教学体系应从实践教学内容体系、运行保障体系、监督管理和考核评价体系等方面进行系统构建。
To build law practice teaching system in under graduate education, scientifically,orderly manner to carry out practice teaching , is the requirement for legal education and teaching reform. Practice teaching system should be built from practice teaching content system, running security system, supervision, management, appraisal and evaluation system, etc.
