摘要
对直接染料耐酸大红进行了接枝环氧丙基改性及染色研究,结果表明:改性后耐酸大红染料可以在酸性条件下对丝绸上染,上染率和固色率大幅度上升。在pH3,上染率和固色率达到83.23%和63.50%。最佳固色温度:90℃,最佳固色时间:40min,水洗牢度达到4~5级。表明对直接染料进行环氧丙基改性对提高丝绸的上染率和固色率以及色牢度具有良好的效果。
Study about Direct Scarlet 4BS modified by epoxy propyl. Silks dyeing with modified Direct Scarlet 4BS are carried out, and factors of pH value, sodium sulfate addition, as well as fixation time and tem- perature on dyeing results are discussed. Results show that the dyeings feature higher dye uptake 83.23%, fix- ation 63.50% as well as satisfactory color fastness grade 4-5. The optimum conditions are defined as follows, sodium sulfate 0g/L, pH value 3, raising the fixation temperature 90℃, then keeping at this temperature for 40 minutes.
