摘要
从阳光教育理念的概念解析入手,从教育理念、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和手段以及教学评价等方面指出阳光教育理念下武术教师面临的诸多变化,并据此提出了武术教师的角色转换:由知识传授者向参与者、学习者转换,由教书匠向课程开发者和实施者转换,由教学权威向教学关系的协调者转换,由单一的技能传授向培养学生武术意识和各种能力方向转换。
On interpreting sunlight education,this paper discussed the various changes Wushu teachers faced in educational ideas,teaching goals,course contents,teaching methods and evaluation;and therefore,the role shift of Wushu teachers: from the knowledge imparter to participant in learning;from the sole teacher to course developer and implementer;from the authority to coordinator of relations;from the skill instructor to the cultivator of ability and awareness in Wushu.
