摘要
运用文献资料法、数理统计法和专家访谈法对国际体联编写的2005~2008年规则和2009~2012年规则进行比较研究,分析新规则变化的主要特点,并通过这些主要变化来探讨竞技健美操技术在未来几年中的发展方向,同时对我国竞技健美操的发展进行展望。
According to the contrast between the rules announced by IGF during 2005-2008 and 2009-2012 with the methods of documentation,mathematical statistics,and expert interviewing,this paper probed into the main characteristic about the changes of new rule and probed into the developing direction of the competitive aerobics technique in the future and predicted Chinese competitive aerobics.
