摘要
采用对比实验的方法对参加足球运动和跑步运动大学生的五项健康体适能指标进行测量研究。结果显示,跑步练习后台阶试验指数显著提高,并高于对照组和足球练习组;足球练习后体脂百分比显著下降,并显著低于对照组和跑步练习组;另外,足球练习后每分钟俯卧撑次数显著高于练习前。这提示不同运动项目对提高健康体适能各指标的效果不同。
Comparative experimental method was used to measure five physical fitness indicators of university students participating in soccer and running.Results showed that step test index significantly increased,higher than that of the control group and soccer group;the body fat percentage decreased significantly,much smaller than that in the control group and running group;Push-up times each minute after soccer training were remarkably more than those before soccer sports.This suggests that different sports have different effects on physical fitness indicators.
