摘要
[目的]探讨血液透析过程中低血压循证护理的效果。[方法]将36例血液透析低血压病人随机分成实验组、对照组各18例,实验组采用循证护理,对照组给予常规护理。[结果]实验组、对照组病人低血压发生率分别为10.44%、21.33%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]循证护理能有效降低血液透析低血压发生率。
Objective：To probe into evidence- based nursing care effect of patients with hemodialysis induced hypotension. Methods： A total of 36 patients with hemodialysis induced hypotension were randomly divided into test and control group （18 cases each）. Patients in test group received evidence - based nursing care. Patients of control group were given conventional nursing care. Results： The incidence of hypotension in test and control group cases were 10. 44% and 21. 33% respectively. There was statistical significant difference between them （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Evidence - based nursing can effective reduce the incidence of hemodialysis induced hypotension.
