小儿静脉留置针输液的疗效观察及护理

Observation on curative effect and nursing care of infants accepting fluids infusion via intravenous detaining trocar

[目的]探讨静脉留置针输液的临床疗效。[方法]选取2008年1月—2008年9月儿科门诊静脉输液76例患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组各38例,对照组采用头皮针穿刺,实验组采用静脉留置针穿刺,比较两组病人的输液满意度和并发症发生率。[结果]实验组病人满意度高于对照组,并发症低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]使用静脉留置针可减少静脉穿刺次数,减轻患儿痛苦,减少并发症,提高满意率。

Objective：To probe into clinical effect of fluids infusion for infants via itntravenous detaining trocar. Methods： A total of 76 infants accepting intravenous infusion in pediatric outpatient clinic from February 2008 to September 2008 were selected and randomly divided into test and control group （38 cases each）. Infants in test group received intravenous detaining trocar. Infants in control group were accepted scalp needle acupuncture. Both transfusion satisfaction degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results： Satisfaction degree of test group was higher than that of control group. And complication rate of test group was lower than that of control group. There were statistical significant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： To use intravenous detaining trocar for fluid infusion for infants could decrease the times of venous puncture,relief the suffering of infants,reduce complications and increase the satisfaction degree of parents.
