试论卫生防病体系的改革和重组

A Discussion on the Reform and Reconstruction of the System of Health and Disease Prevention

分析我国现有卫生防病体系存在的弊端，就改革应遵循的原则和评价改革效果的标准进行讨论，提出改革的设想。

The existing malpractice of the system of health and disease prevention in China was analyzed and the standards of principles being followed for reform and effects in evaluating reform were discussed. An imagination of reform is suggested and the feasibility of which is analyzed. Authors address Chengdu Sanitary station of Health and Disease Prevention.
