Strategic Research of the Urban Economic Development for Yantai

分析了烟台市城市经济发展优势因素和瓶颈因素,根据比较优势、竞争优势、后发优势和空间结构理论,提出了"扬长补短,结构跨越,集群布局,产业融合"的城市经济发展战略,并具体指明了市区主要产业发展的方向,确定出"一核、二轴、三副"的烟台城市空间结构的格局.

Favouable and unfavourable conditions of urban economic development in Yantai city are analyzed. According to the theory of comparative advantage, competitive advantage, late-mover advantage, the strategies in urban economy are proposeed,which are overcome one＇ s weaknesses by acquiring others＇ strong points, structure readjustment, cluster layout, industrial convergence. Furthermore, the development trend of urban industry is pointed out and spatial structure layout of city with one center, two axes and three subsidiaries are demonstrated.
