盐酸维拉帕米对噪音所致脑损害的保护作用

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF BRAIN INJURY DUE TO NOISE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION OF VERAPAMIL HYDROCHLORIDE

探讨钙拮抗剂——盐酸维拉帕米（ＶＨ）对噪音刺激诱发心理应激的防护作用。将８６ｄＢ噪音刺激５ｍｉｎ的ＳＤ大鼠分为３组，注射ＶＨ５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，地西泮（安定）１６．６ｍｇ／ｋｇ，蒸馏水１ｍｌ／只，继续噪音刺激２ｈ后处死，脑切片同时进行免疫组化方法染色，观测Ｆｏｓ蛋白在室旁核等处的标记。ＶＨ、安定组同蒸馏水组对比差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。动物行为变化也显著不同。

To study the mechanism of the brain injury due to noise, Verapamil hydrochloride (VH) was injected in rats. c fos oncogene expression was less in the animals of VH group compared with that of the placebo group ( P <0.01). The possible mechanism of the VH for the prevention and protection of brain injury was also investigated. The results suggested that the VH was helpfal in the prevention of psychological stress and secondarily induced psychosomatic disorders.
