产后妇女主观幸福感状况调查分析

An investigation of status of postpartum women＇s subjective well-being feeling

目的了解产后妇女的主观幸福感现状，为维护产妇心理健康及产后的恢复提供帮助。方法采用总体幸福感量表（GWB）对109名产后妇女进行问卷调查，并对数据进行统计学分析。结果①产后妇女主观幸福感平均得分为121．93±12．20，显著高于量表的理论中值84．50（t=32．180，P〈0．001）；②主观幸福感得分在独生女与非独生女产妇间比较无显著性差异（t=1．502，P〉0．05）；③产后妇女的主观幸福感总分在生活区域变量上存在显著性差异（F=4．442，P〈0．05）；④产后妇女的主观幸福感与其年龄及受教育程度存在显著正相关，相关系数分别为0．211和0．195，均P〈0．05。结论产后妇女的主观幸福感普遍较高。

Objective To investigate current status of subjective well-being feeling of postpartum women so as to provide help in maintaining mental health and recovery of the postpartum women. Methods 109 postpartum women were investigated with The General Well-being （GWB） questionnaire. The data were analyzed statistically. Results ①The scores of postpartum women in subjective well- being was 121.93 ± 12.20, which was significantly higher than the theoretical mean value （84.50） （ t = 32. 180, P 〈 0. 001 ） ; ②There was no significant difference in SWB between only daughter/son postpartum women group and non only daughter/son postpartum women group（t = 1. 502, P 〉 0.05 ） ; ③There was significant difference in general scores in SWB of postpartum women in different living areas （ F = 4. 442, P 〈 0.05 ） ; ④Postpartum women＇ s SWB was positively correlated with their age and educational level and the correlation coefficients were 0.211 and 0.195 respectively （ both P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Generally, postpartum women have higher subjective well- being level.
