The education movement begins since the late 19th century which helps change the monopoly of classic education in England. Science grows to be the center of modern education, which, in turn, becomes the social center. The success of the movement lies in the priorities given to science and education with proper gov- ernmental intervention and manipulation of harmonious relationships between scientific education and classic education. All this helps with the development of scientific education in late 19th century in Britain.
