摘要
在知识经济时代,高职教育在现代科技文化发展、职业需求多元、就业竞争加剧等多重压力下,必须走出急功近利的短期行为的误区,寻求通过实施通识教育培养全人和对精神教化的历史责任。高职院校实施通识教育,应着眼于理念、知识、行为三个层次的教育结构,构建以人文知识、哲学社会科学知识、文艺心理知识、生活体验为基本主线,并具有高职教育特色的通识教育体系。
Vocational education is prune to a short term success and instant benefits under the multi - folded pressure of scientific development, professional demand and increasing employment competition in the knowledge economy. This paper discusses ways to the competent education and spiritual cultivation. The liberal education of vocational colleges is committed to ideals, knowledge and behavior, covering humanity, literature, and living experiences.
