摘要
在循环经济背景下,对煤炭企业逆向物流进行了界定,分析了煤炭企业逆向物流的实施对象,即煤炭生产消耗物资回收以及煤炭生产所伴随的废弃物处理两个方面,提出了煤炭企业实施逆向物流的具体策略,并对其实施的战略价值进行了阐述。
In the context of circular economy, the paper defines the concept of reverse logistics used in coal enterprise, designates the objects of reverse logistics operation in coal enterprise, that is, material recycling using in the coal production process and recovery and utilization of waste coneomitaney with the production of coal, proposes the management strategies of the reverse logistics application in the enterprise, and strategic values of operating it in coal enterprise are discussed.
