摘要 为解决掘进工作面机械化程度和架U型钢棚支架工人劳动强度大、人工上梁是在空顶的条件下作业等问题,长期以来,一直是掘进工作面顶板管理重点和难点,悬挂自移式液压上梁器的应用,解决了掘进工作面U型钢支架上梁困难、安全系数小等问题,具有很好的推广价值。 In order to solve the heading face of mechanization level and frame U steel shelf bracket of workers labor - intensive, manual on the top of the beam is in the air under the conditions of operation, a long time, is the heading face of roof management priorities and difficulties, hanging from the shift - type liquid the application of pressure on the beam devices to address the heading face difficulties in U - steel supports on the beam, the safety factor and small defects, which has good application value.
