摘要
以浙江省企业为切入点,研究政府部门、教育机构和企业组织自身三个维度下的因素和变量对企业创新文化建设的影响。从而建立各影响因素之间的回归模型,以期为各部门得出有益结论。
From the view of corporates in Zhejiang province, this paper takes government departments, educational institutions and business organizations as the three dimensions of innovation factors to analyze how the variables under the three dimensions influence corporate innovative culture. Through this empirical analysis, it establishes the multiple factor regression model to provide useful suggestions for them.
