摘要
通过对路径依附轨迹的研究表明,虽然HSE制度在我国具有原则上的相容性,但由于结构因素、制度因素、移植动机和文化差异等因素的影响,我国HSE制度的移植出现了"逾淮而枳"的现象。故结合我国实际就HSE制度的移植作进一步研究对我国和谐社会的进一步构建无疑具有相当的现实意义。
From the perspective of path independence, it is submitted that HSE - MS itself accommodates to China principal guidelines. However, it is considered that the introduction of HSE - MS is ill - adapted to China＇s petroleum corporation and condition due to structure factor, institution variance, proper motivation and culture variance. In a word, it is worth to study in this field to fulfill the harmonious society.
