对贵州贫困山区基础教育现状的调查及基于财政学的思考——以黔西县新仁苗族乡为例

Investigation of the Situation of Basic Education in Poverty-stricken Areas in Guizhou Province and the Thinking on Finance——In case of Xin Ren Miaozu township in Qianxi Country

基础教育的薄弱是造成贵州山区贫困的主要原因,而解决这一问题最好的办法不仅是让社会各界广泛关注其基础教育的落后并积极开展救援工作,更为重要的是中央和贵州省人民政府应该加大财政的投资力度,尽最大努力来改善贫困山区基础教育的现状。

The weakness of basic education is mainly responsible for the poverty of some areas in Guizhou.To solve this problem,we should not only draw the public＇s wide attention to the backwardness of the basic education but also actively carry out relief work on it.More importantly,central government and Guizhou local government should intensify the the investment in finance,trying their best to improve the basic education in poverty-stricken areas.
