摘要
每个教育工作者都应该是科学发展观的践行者,立足本职岗位,剖析教研工作中的不足,转变教研工作思路,应切实把提高教师素质作为教育发展的着力点,不断建立和完善教研工作机制,改革和创新教研工作,注重教研工作实效性,推动教研工作长足发展。
Each educator should be a practitioner of Scientific Outlook on Development.Through analyzing the weak points of our work,we should try to change our mind of work.Enhancing the quality of the teachers should be took as the key of the development of education.In ordor to advance the long-term development of our research work,we should establish and improve the mechanism of our work,reform and innovate the research method,and pay more attention to the utility of our work.
