The library card is the essential voucher that readers borrow and search literature information in the library and is the bridge of communication between the library and readers. Its transaction and implementation demonstrates library＇s multidimensional management to the reader. However, some shortcomings exist in the library card management system. The university library should establish a set of complete and reasonable measures to make sure the normal issue and usage of library card.
