复杂难选铜铅锌银多金属硫化矿选矿工艺研究 被引量:30

摘要 陕西某铜铅锌银多金属硫化矿铜、铅、硫共生关系非常密切,且相互交代形成不同的包裹形式,针对该矿石特点,采用铜、铅、硫部分混合浮选,混合精矿再磨脱硫,用TZ-10抑铜浮铅,使铅、锌、铜、硫、银得到最大限度的回收,获得铅精矿含铅55.81%、铅回收率73.31%,锌精矿含锌57.33%、锌回收率83.42%,硫精矿含硫41.76%、硫回收率45.92%,铜精矿含铜9.84%、含银1660g/t、铜回收率57.14%、银总回收率69.75%的浮选指标。为该多金属硫化矿提供一套经济合理、技术可行的工艺流程,充分利用矿山资源,使矿山效益最大化。 In a certain place in Shaanxi Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic sulfide ore, the mineral is characterized by copper, lead, sulfur, a very close symbiotic relationship, and with each other to form a different account, packages form, against the ore characteristics, copper, lead, sulfur part of the mixed-flotation, mixed concentrate regrinding desulfurization, with the TZ-10 suppression of copper floating lead, so lead, zinc, copper, sulfur, silver to maximize the recovery to obtain lead concentrate grade of 55.81%, lead recovery was 73.31%; zinc concentrate grade of 57.33% and zinc recovery of 83.42%; sulfur concentrate 41.76% sulfur, sulfur recovery rate of 45.92%; 9.84% copper concentrate containing silver 1660g/t, copper recovery of 57.14% silver overall recovery rate of 69.75% flotation index. For the muhi-metal sulfide minerals to provide a economical and reasonable, technically feasible.
