摘要
研究采用新型抑制剂BK510浮选某钼矿矿石。试验结果表明,以BK510作为抑制剂、煤油作为捕收剂,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿两段再磨、七次精选工艺流程,可获得钼精矿含钼51.07%,钼回收率89.09%的浮选指标。
The flotation process of certain molybdenum ore with a new depressant BKS10 is investigated. The results show that satisfied flotation indexes are achieved by the technology of one stage scavenging, two-stage regrinding of rougher concentrate, seven stages cleaning, using roughing kerosene , two stages as collector and BKS10 as depressant. The grade and recovery of molybdenum in molybdenum concentrate are 51.07% and 89.09%.
