摘要
电针D 半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠的“百会”、“大椎”穴 ,并分别取其对照组、造模组和电针治疗组小鼠的海马 ,制备突触体总蛋白进行SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及薄层扫描分析。结果 :在D 半乳糖造模组海马有 4种蛋白的相对百分含量变化大于 2 0 % ,且均为降低。电针治疗组中以上 4种蛋白的相对百分含量和造模组相比均有所上升 ,接近对照组水平 ,其它蛋白的相对百分含量未发生显著改变。提示电针可能对D 半乳糖对小鼠海马突触蛋白的不良影响具有良性的调节作用。
Electroacupuncture(EA)was givenat`Baihu i'(GV20)and`Dazhui'points in the mice of aging model induced by D galactose.The total synaptic proteins of hippocampus of the mice in the control group,the mode l group and the EA group were extracted and then analysed by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) and thin layer scanning.The results indicated that relat ive contents of 4 types of proteins in t he hippocampus of the model group decrea sed by over 20%,and in the EA group incr eased to some extent as compared with th e model group,approaching to that in the control group.Relative contents of other proteins did not have any obvious change.It is suggested that EA has a benign regulative action on the harmful effect of D gala ctose on the synaptic proteins of hippoc ampus in mice.
