摘要
某厂的气门在自动线镀硬铬时,杆部两端镀铬后尺寸偏小,尺寸小处经精磨杆部后光亮度不一,铬层明显未磨到,这大大影响了产品外观和质量。自动镀铬线的阴极屏蔽装置、阴极电流密度和温度、镀铬槽液、添加剂和开缸剂等都可能造成此次故障的发生,针对以上分析提出了相应解决的办法。
The valve was processed with a hard-chromium plating automatic line,and it was found that the diameter of valve was smaller than the Standard due to the plating process.The shaft was then subject to a grinding process,and the brightness of valve was not uniform because the chromium coating escaped from this post-treatment process,which influenced the appearance and quality.The occurrence of the trouble may be attributed to several possible causes,such as shielding instruments,current density,temperature,plating bath,additive and opening-cylinder agent in the hard chromium plating automatic line.In this paper,the above factors were discussed and the trouble-shooting measures were proposed.
