摘要
为构建木材干燥窑内部循环风速的运动模型,提出利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent,采用湍流Re-alizable模型,对风机给定的不同气流速度对干燥窑内气流分布的影响进行三维稳态数值模拟。结果显示:气流速度为3 m/s时与气流速度为2 m/s和4 m/s时相比,干燥窑内部速度分布均满足要求,且气流分布更为均匀。
In order to built the movement model of airflow velocity in wood drying kiln,the numerical simulation of three-dimensional steady-state model was carried out to analyse the effect of different wind speeds given by fans on the flow distribution in drying kiln using computational fluid dynamics software Fluent and the Realizable turbulence model.The results showed that,compared to the airflow speed of 2m/s and 4m/s,the internal wind speed and airflow distribution were better when airflow velocity was 3m/s.
