信号交叉口安全评价体系研究

Study on Safety Evaluation System of Signalized Intersections

随着城市交通的发展,城市道路的交通安全成为一个日趋严峻的问题,建立城市道路交通安全评价体系有着十分重要的意义。根据城市交叉口交通安全的现状,分析交通系统中交通事故的各种因素:道路设施、冲突点和信号灯等。这些因素相互关联,共同影响道路交通安全,构成一个道路交通体系。通过研究国内外城市道路交通安全的评价方法,并结合已有的数据和模型提出适合目前国内交通现状的评价模型。该评价模型以未确知性评价法和层次分析法为基础,通过判断矩阵法评价模式计算评价指标的隶属函数,用层次分析法计算各指标间的权重系数,从而得到城市道路交通安全的综合评价值。

With the development of urban transportation, the traffic safety of city road is becoming an increasingly serious problem, as a result, the establishment of urban road traffic safety evaluation system has very important significance. According to the status of urban intersection safety, various factors related to traffic accidents in transportation system were analyzed, such as road infrastructure, conflict points, signal lights and so on. These interlinked factors had a combined effect on road traffic safety, which constituted the whole road traffic system. Through analyzing the evaluation method of urban road traffic safety at home and abroad, the evaluation model suitable to domestic traffic status was proposed combined with existing data and models. Based on the unascertained evaluation method and AHP, the membership function of evaluation index was calculated using judgement matrix evaluation mode and the weight coefficient of each index was determined with AHP, therefore the comprehensive evaluation value of urban road traffic safety was obtained.
