论企业间合作战略:基于竞争力理论、交易成本理论及企业资源观理论 被引量:6

摘要 企业间合作的动机可以从多种理论视角进行解释,其中竞争力理论、交易成本理论及企业资源观理论提供了最为相关的理论依据。虽然三种理论观从不同的视角解释企业间合作的战略动机,但其观点互为补充而非相互替代。本研究的理论及现实指导意义是:任何一种理论不能全面地解释合作现象,对企业间合作的研究需要综合考虑竞争力理论、交易成本理论和企业资源观理论,以充分理解所研究的问题;企业采用合作战略的动机可能是多重的,继而影响着企业间合作方式的决策、企业间合作绩效的评价、以及合作成功的关键要素的研究。
