摘要
为了使番茄叶霉病菌(Cladosporium fulvum Cooke)的产毒条件达到最优化,本试验研究了番茄叶霉病菌产毒能力与培养条件、环境因子等因素的关系。结果表明:不同产毒条件下病菌产毒能力存在明显差异,最佳产毒条件是:采用pH为6的PS液体培养基在26-30℃、黑暗条件下,振荡培养21d,接菌数量5碟。
The conditions of toxin production of the tomato leaf mould pathogen were optimized, including cultivation conditions and environmental factors. The results showed that its ability of toxin production varied greatly under different conditions. The best conditions for toxin production were: PS liquid culture medium, pH value at 6, 26-30 ℃, shaking for 21 days, dark and 5 agar disks .(8 mrn) from PDA medium.
