通过评价福建省创新主体、创新活动和创新环境三个方面的基本情况,并比照福建省科技创新能力在全国的排序,反映出福建省区域创新体系运行中的现状。
Through evaluating the innovation subject .innovation aetivitites and innovation environment of fujian province, and comparing the technology innovation ability of fujian province in the national ranking, reflect the status of regional innovation system in fujian province.
