摘要
在产品需求拓扑结构的基础上,以产品生命周期的质量功能展开系列矩阵为纲领,基于模糊数学理论,深入探讨了对产品生命周期需求模糊综合评判及其间模糊映射过程的实现的方法,并将其具体应用于石油管道外涂层缠绕机的设计过程。
Based on a topology for product requirements modeling, presents a methodology for requirement analysis and downstream mapping in product life cycle. The series matrices of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) of product life cycle are used as guidelines for projecting the requirements onto downstream stages, while the fuzzy theories adopted as systematic approach to realize the required analyzing and mapping mechanisms. An engineering case study on the development of an oil pipe out surface processing machine is also presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
