摘要
吸收刚性管理与柔性管理的长处,建构刚柔相济的管理模式,是高校科研管理的新转型模式。这种新模式转型的关键,是科研管理者自身能力的提升,一要树立"人"的观念,二需更新"知"的库存,三需要重视"则"的规约,这三者是模式转型的关键所在。
The new transformation pattern of college's science research is the mixing good qualities of rigid and soft management, named management pattern of being mutually related rigidness and softity. The key of this new transformation pattern is ability promotion of the managemant people of science reseach. That need establish man's idea, renew knowledge's reserve and focus on regulation's effect.
