互补型机械系统性能可靠性预计数学模型探讨

摘要 提出了机械系统性能可靠性研究中大量存在的“互补型系统”的概念,明确指出了此类系统的特征及与串联系统的区别,针对互补型系统可靠度计算的数学模型进行了有益的探索,给出了对应的结构函数形式和互补型系统可靠度的计算方法,得出了比较有效的结论。以某工程具有互补特点的三大部件为例,进行了分析计算,证明该方法的实用性。实践证明,在预测互补型机械系统性能可靠性中具有较大的参考价值。 In this paper, the authors put forward a common concept of mutual complementing mechanical system in the research of system performance reliability, pointed out the difference of both mutual complementing mechanical system and contact system, studied mathematical model and method of performance reliability calculation based on mutual complementing mechanical system and gained the affecting conclusion. Taking an auto revolving transport machine as an engineering example, through analyzing and calculating the authors have proved its effiectiveness. Because of the successful application, it can be indicated that mathematical model of performance reliability calculation based on mutual complementing mechanical system should be popularized as a common and economical method.
