摘要 目的探讨血浆D-二聚体(D-D)在健康成人随增龄的变化。方法以随机整群抽样方式在北京15个社区筛选出健康人群305例,应用ELISA法检测血浆D-D。结果横断面分析显示老年组(≥65岁)D-D较青年组(<65岁)升高(P<0.01)。LogD-D与年龄呈正相关(r=0.446,P<0.01)。10岁年龄分层分析显示,65岁以下LogD-D保持稳定,65岁后LogD-D随年龄增加升高(P<0.01)。LogD-D没有性别差异。多元线性回归分析,年龄、纤维蛋白原和舒张压是D-D的独立相关因素(P<0.01)。结论健康人65岁后血浆D-D随年龄增加而升高,D-D无性别差异。 Objective To analyze the change of plasma D-dimer levels in Chinese healthy adult with aging. Methods The healthy ones on the data base of 305 healthy subjects (males 110 and females 195,33 -93 years old) were selected from 15 communities of Beijing. D-dimers were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results In an analysis of cross section, D-dimer levels were significantly higher in aged group ( ≥ 65 years old) than that in young group ( 〈 65 years old ) ( P 〈 0.01 ). The Log D-dimer level correlated significantly with age ( r = 0.444, P 〈 0.01 ). The analysis stratified by 10-year-old revealed that Log D-dimer levels were stable in less than 65-year-old group, in contrast, Log D-dimer levels increased with age in no less than 65-year-old group. Log D-dimer levels had no gender difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age, fibrinogen and diastolic blood pressure were risk factors for D-dimer. Conclusions In healthy people, plasma D-dimer increases with age after 65-year-old, and there is no gender difference.
