摘要
得出了空间机构中,间隙滑动副不仅存在着不同的接触模式,而且每一种接触模式滑动副的滑块又存在着不同的姿态。给出了每种模式滑块存在的所有姿态及姿态的确定方法,并特别强调,不仅模式的变化将引起滑动副元素分离产生碰撞,而且滑块姿态的改变也将引起副元素分离产生碰撞。本文工作使空间机构间隙滑动副的建模工作得到了进一步的完善。
It was obtained that not only the different contact modes remain in a prismatic pair with clearance in the spatial mechanism, but also the different postures of slide of P pair exist in every contact mode. All postures of slide in every contact mode and the methods determining these postures were given. It was emphasized particularly that not only the variation of modes, but also the variation of slide postures will result in the separation and impact between pair elements. The research makes the model of P pair with clearance in spatial mechanism more profoundly developed.
