松材线虫携带的细菌在松萎蔫病中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了长期流行的松萎蔫病的单病原学说及其在解释松萎蔫病病理机制、新的实验结果等方面面临的困难。根据多项实验结果作者提出松萎蔫病是由松材线虫与其携带的致病细菌引起的复合侵染新假说。在此基础上,发现松材线虫与其致病细菌间的互惠共生现象、分离、鉴定致病细菌产生的鞭毛蛋白及其他毒素、松萎蔫病由细菌毒素导致萎蔫致死的致病机理等新进展。阐述了松萎蔫病致病新学说在研究松萎蔫病致病机理及测报、防控、抗病育种等方面新方向。 Since in 1971 when Kiyohara and Tokushige found that the rapid wilting of Pinus thunbergii was not caused by beetles, but instead by the nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, the nematode has been thought to be the sole cause of pine wilt disease, even though the disease mechanism has not been clearly elucidated. However, surface-sterilized-PWNs have been reported to lose their pathogenicity. It was also reported that bacteria were associated with the PWN. Bacteria on the surface coat of the body wall of PWNs have been observed by elec- tron and light microscopy.
