在分析目前各张力控制系统优缺点的基础上，详细地介绍了一种新型张力控制系统的设计原理、基本构成以及实现方法。
This paper based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various tension control systems existed presently, introduces in detail the design principle, fundamental architecture and implementing approach of a new tension control system.
