摘要
提出了凸轮机构运动特性的谐分析法,即对机构整个周期2π内的运动作傅里叶级数分析,并根据机构的固有频率和机器的转速范围来选择、评判最佳的运动方程。本文列举了采用谐分析法选择的织机织造1/2斜纹织物的凸轮开口机构采用的运动规律。
A harmonic analysis for motion property of the cam is presented in this paper. This method can be used both in Fourier analysis for the cam motion in a 2π cycle and in selection and judgment for motion equations based on the fixed frequency of the mechanism and the range of rotating speed of the machine. By using the harmonic analysis , the selection for motion regularity of the cam mechanism which is used to weave the 1/2 twill is also given as an example.
